Extra guests (1 in half the cottage and up to 5 in the whole cottage)
pay a supplement of
10 euros per guest per night or 50 euros per guest per week.
We offer discounts for smaller groups.
10% off second and third weeks.

Prices include:
Bed Linen (beds made), bath towels and hand towels, tea towels and bath mats.
Electricity, gas, hot water. Wi-fi.
End of stay cleaning.
Stock of the following items for your arrival: toilet paper, liquid soap, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, bin liners,
kitchen roll, washing tablets and conditioner.
Charcoal for the BBQ grill (May-September) and firewood/logs for the open fire (September-April).
Also basic kitchen condiments – salt, pepper, olive oil, mixed herbs. Tea, coffee, milk and sugar, plus some local cider!
There are no hidden extra charges or local taxes to pay.
AVAILABLE FREE-OF-CHARGE: High chair, stairgates and travel cot/crib (60 cm x 120 cm x 60 cm).

If you would like to make a reservation, please request a Booking Form for either the Whole Cottage or Half Cottage.
A 50% deposit is payable at the time of booking – the balance is payable 8 weeks before your arrival.
Payment is in Euros please. (We can accept payment in GB Pounds from a UK bank only).
Confirmation of your reservation will be sent by e-mail when we receive your payment and signed booking form.
Arrival is after 4.30 pm local time and departure is before 10.30 am local time (unless otherwise arranged with us).
We request a refundable damage deposit of 350 euros in cash on your arrival (receipt given).
Cancellations: If we are able to re-let the dates booked, all monies paid to date will be refunded less expenses incurred.
