SHORT BREAKS (3, 4 or 5 nights) available September to mid-July, flexible start day:
A one or two night stay possible – please contact us.

COTTAGE (5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms) from 225€ to 300€ per night, depending on the season.

HALF COTTAGE (3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) from 150€ to 210€ per night, depending on the season.

EXTRA GUESTS charged 10-15 euros each per night, depending on season.

HALF COTTAGE: Sleeps 6 but a 7th guest can sleep in an adult size single bed in bedroom 2.

WHOLE COTTAGE: Sleeps 10 but up to 5 extra guests can be accommodated as follows:

WHOLE COTTAGE: 2 adult size single beds – already in bedrooms 2 and 4.
WHOLE COTTAGE: 1 other adult size single bed – available in bedroom 2 or in lounge.
WHOLE COTTAGE: 2 sets of adult size bunk beds (top bunk for 6 years old+) – in bedrooms 2 and/or 4.
WHOLE COTTAGE: Double sofa bed in lounge.

NB: 50 euros extra charged for installing a set of bunk beds.
NB: 25 euros extra charged for installing the double sofa bed.

PRICES include the following:
 
Bed Linen (beds made), bath towels and hand towels, tea towels and bath mats.
Electricity, gas, hot water.
Wi-fi.
End of stay cleaning.
Starter supply of toilet paper, liquid soap, shower gel, dishwasher tablets,
washing up liquid, garbage bags, paper towels, cling film and tin foil, laundry soap and conditioner.
Charcoal for the BBQ grill (May-September) and firewood/logs for the open fire (September-April).
Also basic kitchen condiments – salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, mixed herbs.
Tea, coffee, milk and sugar, plus some local cider!

There are no hidden extra charges, no lodging or local taxes to pay.


AVAILABLE FREE-OF-CHARGE: High chair, stair gates and travel cot/crib (60 cm x 120 cm x 60 cm).


EXTRAS (payable locally)
EXTRAS      Pre-arrival groceries shopping – we add 15 euros to your shopping bill.
EXTRAS      Firewood : 100 litre bin and a basket of kindling for 10 euros.
EXTRAS      Maid/laundry/ironing service on request @ 10 euros per hour.

BOOKING "Les Quatre Vents"

Please E-Mail us if you have any questions or if you would like to make a reservation (please state if it is for the Whole Cottage or the Half Cottage).

To secure your reservation, a 25% rental deposit is payable at the time of booking – the balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival. If it is within eight weeks of the start of the rental period, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payment in euros by Bank Transfer or by Credit Card using PayPal on-line, which is secure and free-of-charge.
Or in GB pounds from a UK bank.

We will send you a booking form and will confirm your reservation when we receive your payment and signed booking form.

A refundable damage deposit of 350 euros (or 400 US dollars) in cash is requested on your arrival (receipt given).

Cancellation: Monies paid will be refunded (less expenses incurred) if we are able to re-let your dates.
