Les Quatre Vents was originally the barn, stables and cider press of a former farm dating from 1760. This traditional stone building has been sympathetically converted into spacious and comfortable holiday accommodation and has exposed stonework and oak beams, thus retaining its original charm and character – but with the benefit of all modern facilities and comforts. |
The property is situated in the countryside amid apple orchards and fields at the end of a no-through-lane. It is roughly mid-way between Bayeux and Saint-Lô, 5km south-west of Cerisy-la-Forêt and close to the border of the Manche and Calvados departments. Being in an elevated position, there are lovely views over the valley of the River Elle towards the forest of Cerisy. |
